Our 1 day road trip takes you to explore the culture and traditions of the Basque country, from the coast to the countryside. Starting with a tour of Biarritz, you will then discover the beautiful fishing village of Guethary, the rebellious city of Saint Jean de Luz, the tiny hilltop border villages of Sare and Ainhoa (close to Spain), to finish in the village of Espelette, famous for its peppers!
During the tour, Clémence, your local epicurean guide, will introduce you to the delicious food specialties of the region. Explore the secrets of the Basque cake in an ancient mill, share a traditional lunch in a Basque Cider House, and discover the “red gold” of the region, the Espelette Pepper.
